| Notes: | Relaxing in a foster home right now! Please don't forget about me- send in an application so we can arrange meeting! Nomi is a very sweet girl. She came to the shelter as a stray and was very afraid and shut down. She has been in a foster home for 2 months, and with lots of patience, treats, and catnip has really come out of her shell! She will need a quieter home, possibly being the only cat, with a very patient adopter. She is still nervous and skittish, but is making steady progress and learning to relax, not run. She's great about the litter box and only scratching on cat trees. After giving her as much time and attention as she needs, Nomi will be a very talkative lap cat who loves pets, cuddle, playing with mice, and chasing a laser. This girl deserves a great life after being on the streets! |

She is quick and playful, often entertaining the idea of a game of "Hide and seek", though unlike most cats, enjoys when you find her! She can get overwhelmed by sudden change and will let you know she's uncomfortable (or in thought) with a little grumble. She is a very vocal little lady and doesn't mind being handled, so long as you keep things respectful. Dog and children behavior unknown, however she isn't the biggest fan of new cats. |
