Notes: Beau will be having cruciate surgery on January 29th and will be recovering in his foster home! Beau the beautiful has got an A++ on just about everything. He will steal your heart the second you look into those big brown eyes! House trained ✅ does his business outside, is calm and collected in the house no need for a crate. Sleeps through the night. Beau is a couch/bed kind of dog... LOVES HIS CUDDLES and just wants to be right by your side. So preferably someone who doesn't mind sharing their couch for the best snuggles you'll ever get! People friendly ✅ is great with anyone even kids. Other pets: Beau is playful and friendly with bigger dogs but still may need to be the only one in the home. Possible meet and greet. Small dogs he doesn't seem to mind but not introduced enough to tell. Cats ❌ Car rides ✅ great in the car, loves the windows! Walks✅ a dream to walk, will stay right by your side. He loves to play and will require someone to be active with him daily. Great at fetch and bringing the ball back! Grooming/feeding✅✅ eats great, stays relaxed in the tub for a bath. Overall Beau is such a sweetheart. Is attentive and will follow you around. Very loyal and loving. Equal parts playful and relaxed. So, if you are in need of a walking buddy or someone to cuddle up and watch some holiday movies with Beau is the one. ❤️🐾

Name: Melody  Picture of Melody
Gender/Altered: Female Altered
Age/DOB:  9/1/2019
Breed(s)/Purebred: Mixed   Mix
Colors: Black White
Color Pattern:
Size/Weight Medium
Collar Color/Type:
Available for Adoption: 9/27/2024
Intake Status: Stray
Where Found: M 59 & Eager Rd
Notes: Melody's a gal that knows what she likes and has a checklist for potential adopters, how many boxes do you check? * likes to sleep in * enjoys long walks in beautiful scenery * couch snuggles with a good movie * car ride to anywhere * basking in the sun * a home-cooked meal * belly rubs * watching the day go by * meeting new people * likes her quiet time and is ok when left alone, she enjoys watching TV * she does not enjoy vet visits (does anyone like going to the doctor), we gave her a mild sedative with a muzzle and things went well. Your vet sees many of these dogs, so it really is not an issue when you prepare. Mel is around 5 years old, so finding herself abandoned was quite a shock to her system. She has met multiple dogs and seems indifferent to some and bothered by others. With proper introduction she could do well with the right fit. Unknown cat behavior. We recommend children 15 and older, Mel refers to "hugging" as restraint (like a vet exam) and young children do not understand. She's a sweet gal that will bring great comfort and daily joy to someone looking for companionship.

Notes: Brandywine came in as a stray and we quickly learned she is a playful girl who also has the biggest cuddly side. Brandy is active, smart, knows basic commands, and needs an adopter that will give her time to adjust in her new home. 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months is not just something rescue people like to say, it has meaning. We are placing her in a household with children over the age of 15, a dog buddy with proper introduction, unknown cat behavior, fenced yard is a bonus, active lifestyle, Brandy is a special girl with lots to offer!

This pup is a social butterfly and would do well in most homes.

Notes: Love this pup, he's the sweetest boy. Drakko is a little shy, but his world has been turned upside down, we completely understand. He's all about the snuggles and laying at your feet. He enjoys the fresh air on walks, meeting new friendly faces, and playing with new dog buddies. This boy is not just a handsome face. Good with dogs, kids, and per the owner cats. *Crate trained *best friend Luna 25-6

Tag Number: Tag25-7
Name: Rayne  Picture of Rayne
Gender/Altered: Female Altered
Age/DOB:  1/1/2022
Breed(s)/Purebred: Pomeranian Husky Mix
Colors: Black
Color Pattern:
Size/Weight Small
Collar Color/Type:
Available for Adoption: 1/16/2025
Intake Status: Stray
Notes: Rayne will require special placement, she will need an adopter that is home more often than not. *works from home, can take her to work, retired... She does suffer from mild separation anxiety. Rayne enjoys other friendly dogs, cats are ok, older kids ok, car rides ok, she does not enjoy being crated and will do what it takes to escape, loves walks and running around a fenced yard, enjoys sleeping with her people, and will be perfectly content with life if her person is always in her sight. Rayne and her adopter will benefit from speaking with a behaviorist and/or veterinarian about options to help with her anxiety. She's tiny, she's gorgeous, she has the best personality, but she is not for everyone, and we will be selective on her adopter. Being returned or rehomed again is not an option for a dog that already has anxiety.

Animal information is updated on a regular basis.
